Sass.exe is file malware?

Hi,

I got malware installed on my pc not too long ago and so I changed all my passwords an such

but I'm having a lot of CPU usage until I open task manager and it shoots down so I'm wondering is there files running and using my pc from the malware.

I came across a site saying sass.exe is malware and should be deleted but I'm not sure, I found it in Microsoft's process explorer.

Bitdefender didn't pickup on it after a scan so I'm not sure

lsass.exe is a legitimate windows file which often uses high amount of memory and this thing has been confirmed via microsoft also. More information can be found in below stated link.

Additional steps that you can perform:

2) Open run command and run below command one by one:

temp ,delete all the files in the folder

%temp% ,delete all the files in folder

prefetch ,delete all the files in folder

3) Restart your PC in general mode by unticking the option that you selected to run the system in safe mode and then click apply.
