Central on IOS glitch

When I go to Bitdefender Central I am told that my Ipad is "at risk." Two solutions are offered, neither of which work.

1/ Fix Remotely. When I try this option, a little screwdriver and hammer tap away forever, but nothing happens.

2/ Fix it yourself. When I try this option, it turns on the VPN, but it does not register as 'fixed' on Bitdefender Central.

Can someone help me get these two things to work?

    Check if below steps helps you.

    1) Uninstall bitdefender on your iPad

    2) Remove devices from online bitdefender central: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2795/

    3) Reinstall bitdefender on your iPad

    If issue persists,

    Kindly contact the bitdefender support by visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/ and scroll down to the bottom of the webpage where you can get in touch with support representative either by email, chat or over a call.

    Alternatively, you can also share your query with bitdefender mobile support team by dropping them an email at bms@bitdefender.com

    The support team will reply back to your query within next 24-48 hours excluding weekends.

    I reinstalled and it was fine briefly then the problem reappeared. So I've sent my query to bitdefender mobile support team as suggested and will keep you posted.
