Central on IOS glitch

When I go to Bitdefender Central I am told that my Ipad is "at risk." Two solutions are offered, neither of which work.

1/ Fix Remotely. When I try this option, a little screwdriver and hammer tap away forever, but nothing happens.

2/ Fix it yourself. When I try this option, it turns on the VPN, but it does not register as 'fixed' on Bitdefender Central.

Can someone help me get these two things to work?
