How can I get rid of the "Safari virus" on a Mac?
Periodic popups show up from Safari (I think) with a variety of quickly-disappearing warning messages that take me to bad sites. I'm running Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac on a MacBook Pro, and it shows Web Protection for Safari in the dashboard, with Traffic Light installed for Safari. I don't have any Safari extensions except Bitdefender.

Hello.
I believe it is a pop-up "from McAfee", saying that your PC is at risk or hack detected on your PC.
