configuring extension scan?

Options

newbie with newbie ? after being hacked multiple times, (google, cc, paypal, facebook, fedex) in last 2 weeks, and free AV software finding nothing, i bought BD total security. also found nothing on windows 11 and android. log states extension scan not configured. should i do that, how do i do that, and would that affect anything? someone got all my info and i still dont know how. thanks in advance.
