Installing Parental Control on mobile, loops at Allow Usage Access

Hi, I'm attempting to install PC on a mobile - however when I get to step 10 (https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/1865/) I allow Access Control - but nothing happens - it just takes me back to the screen saying I need to allow Acces Control - even though it has been enabled.

I'm going mad going over the same step time after time and not getting anywhere.
