Help deleting password protected

This file was identified by a full system scan \\?\Volume{3802b0c6-00f1-43c3-a307-12fbabea5a70}\EFI\HP\dip.zip=>dip.efi Password-protected Not scanned(file was password-protected). I assume it was from an HP firmware update but I would like to be sure it is benign as well as be able to remove it. I am not sure what the risk is if any but I am concerned. Any suggestions?
