Why do I receive the message "Informatie-update bedreigingen" on my screen

Sometimes I receive on my screen form Bitdefender the dutch message "Informatie-update bedreigingen" 166285.2 kb wit h a link to "details" or "schakelen naar stille update".

I don't understand this. Can somebody declarre what it means?
