"Remember me" does not remember me
The new password manager has a "remember me" button to make the password manager stay active the longest.
It appears that if you close a browser and open another one up (google chrome) it forgets and requires a new login. I do not believe Wallet did that...

Hi @Hotrats
Be sure you also enable, tick, the Disable login tab on startup option.
I tried about 3-4 times closing out of Chrome and opening FF. Password Manager stayed logged in on both browsers.
From the PM user guide:
"How can I stop Bitdefender from asking for my Master Password every time I open the browser?
If you lock your device without closing your browser, Password Manager doesn’t lock and you can access your data when you return.
As a security measure, every time you open the browser you have to sign in with your Bitdefender Central account and then input your Master password.
❍ To stop the Central sign-in prompt, go into ⚙ Settings and tick “Disable
login tab on startup”.
❍ To stop the master password prompt, check the “Remember me” box
on the Unlock your vault screen"
See if that helps.
Kind regards,
Scott

My Bitdefender does not have the option " Disable login tab on startup". Despite clicking on Remember Me it always wants the Master Password everytime I close a window and reopen a new one. This only started about Nov 20, 2023

Hello.
My specs:
OS Windows 10 Pro 22H2 x64 With Latest Windows Updates Installed
Installed On 18.01.2023
OS Build 19045.3693
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0
BD Password Manager 1.2.4 On Mozilla Firefox 120.0 x64
BD Password Manager 1.3.0 On Google Chrome 119.0.6045.160 x64
BD Password Manager 1.3.0 On Microsoft Edge 119.0.2151.72 x64
On all three browsers, BD Password Manager has the option "Disable login tab on startup" and the option works without any problems.
You could try unistalling BD Password Manager:
then reinstalling BD Password manager:
and see if that solved the issue.
Regards.
