Can a Trusted Application be Added to GravityZone Business Security

Hi,
I'm using Windows Server 2019. I have specific productivity applications that require downloads directly into a software product. In other words, I open the application. If a database needs to be updated I click update. GravityZone Business Security thinks the application is a virus and blocks the download. Is there a way around this? Thanks in advance.
