Constant "Suspicious Website Detected" Warning

Hi,

I have been getting a constant pop-up with that same title and it's becoming annoying now and then because there is no way to turn off notifications and the only defense option is adding to exceptions, not to mention these pop-ups are interfering with my regular workflow.

In my case the website has an API which keeps calling back my browser (I use both chrome and edge) and sometimes the reference is not to the API but to the website itself. I also cleaned cache and cookies but to no avail. Could someone offer assistance with this issue?
