Restoring deleted file that bitdefender's blocked
I recently received an alert from bitdefender of a threat that was quarantined called webappsstore.sqlite in my Firefox folder. I believed it to be serious and let bitdefender delete the file immediately.
Turns out, that file is a critical part of Firefox. Without it, several sites and extensions no longer work and Firefox is unusable. Since the file is already deleted, Bitdefender no longer gives me the option to add it to exceptions (when I try it myself, it only lets me disable it for online threat prevention, for some reason) and blocks all attempts to recreate the file, and Recuva does not work either and so I cannot use Firefox. What am I supposed to do at this point?
