  • The error message "Scanned items: 0" indicates that Bitdefender was unable to scan the map drive that you specified. There are a few possible reasons for this:

    1) The map drive may not be mounted. Make sure that the map drive is properly mounted and that you can access it from Windows Explorer.

    2) The map drive may be corrupt. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the map drive.

    3) There may be a problem with Bitdefender's settings. Make sure that Bitdefender is up to date and that the settings for scanning map drives are correct.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can try the following steps:

    1) Check that the map drive is mounted. You can do this by opening Windows Explorer and navigating to the map drive. If the map drive does not appear, then it is not mounted.

    2) Disconnect and reconnect the map drive. To do this, right-click on the map drive in Windows Explorer and select "Disconnect". Then, right-click on the map drive again and select "Connect".

    3) Check that Bitdefender is up to date. You can do this by opening Bitdefender and going to the "Settings" tab. In the "Updates" section, make sure that the "Automatic Updates" option is enabled.

    4) Check the settings for scanning map drives. You can do this by opening Bitdefender and going to the "Protection" tab. In the "Antivirus" section, click on the "Settings" button. In the "Scanning" section, make sure that the "Scan mapped drives" option is enabled.

If you have tried all of these steps and the issue is still not resolved, you can contact Bitdefender support for assistance. They will be able to investigate the issue further and provide you with a more definitive answer.

Kindly contact the bitdefender support by visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/ and scroll down to the bottom of the webpage where you can get in touch with support representative either by email, chat or over a call.
