GravityZone - Email Security
Hi Experts,
I have an issue when I want to configure GravityZone - Email Security.
Every time i want start to configure email security by clicking create account button, I got an error message "Email security account creation failed".
My question is, is this error related to specific role/permission that my account don't have?
What role/permission type is needed to make an account able to config the Email Security module?

Yes, the error message "Email security account creation failed" is usually related to a lack of permissions. The account that you are using to create the email security account must have the Email Security Administrator role. This role allows users to create, manage, and monitor email security accounts.
To assign the Email Security Administrator role to an account, follow these steps:
1) Go to the Users page in the GravityZone Control Center.
2) Click the name of the account that you want to assign the role to.
3) On the Edit User page, scroll down to the Roles section.
4) Select the Email Security Administrator role.
5) Click Save.
Once the account has been assigned the Email Security Administrator role, you should be able to create email security accounts without any errors.
Here are some other things to check if you are still getting the error message:
1) Make sure that you are using the latest version of GravityZone.
2) Make sure that the email security appliance is up and running.
3) Check the logs for any errors related to email security.
