We purchased two 5 user licenses and recieved two activation code. I entered both codes in the same BD central account but only see 5 licenses available instead of 10. So I tried a different email and BD central account but both activation codes give "already in use" errors.
How can I remove one activation code from the first account?
Or how can I combine both and mange 10 systems from one account (preferred solution)?
