Settings Password - Antivirus Plus

During some recent testing, I have had to reinstall my OS and AV software several times.

Unfortunately, I've managed to lose my Settings password. I found the password reset tool and i've tried to run this tool several times (Once i installed VS2010 runtimes anyway!) - it says it has finished, bu when rebooting, I still return to a password prompt.

Machine is running Windows 10 x64, latest release. Can anyone help please?
