BD Is Blocking My Microsoft 365 Outlook Email. Started last week. Can it be fixed?

Are you using a VPN connection when this happens? If yes, check the article below for remediation steps to try:

In the event the VPN is disconnected and Outlook is still blocked, you can temporarily disable the security modules one by one and check if the emails are unlocked after each deactivation.
