Firewall Not Working - Bitdefender Total Security/Build 27.0.18.96

After my update on Bitdefender, my firewall stopped working properly. Before, I would be able to see what apps were accessing the internet and now I only see when Bitdefender is accessing the internet. I opened Chrome, Mozilla and Brave internet browsers and none of them were shown in the "Application access" window under firewall. I also attempted to block a program from accessing the internet and it never blocked it, even thought the rule states, "Permission - Deny". I also uninstalled and reinstalled Bitdefender and it still have the same problem. Please help!

    May I kindly ask you to reach the Support teams so they can gather some logs and find out what's happening there? A fix was recently deployed for a bug where the Firewall became inactive in the UI after a new release and the engineers would require more information from you so they can further troubleshoot the reported behavior.
