How to only scan main C drive?
Options
I'm sure a "quick scan" doesn't scan the whole C drive with windows installed... and a FULL scan is gonna do all 5 of my installed drives I use for other things.
How can I set up a complete C drive only scan to happen on request??

You can do that by creating a Custom Scan, by following the steps in this article:
