Facebook account has been hacked. Can't get back in. How do you get it back?

Facebook sent out 3 different emails with codes to confirm we wanted to change our account.

However, the emails went straight into the trash file and not incoming or spam.

We did not discover the 3 emails until it was too late and the account had its email account change from ours.

Thanks for your response. However, we have already tried the solution facebook recommends. It does not work and is simply a circle, and you wind up back at the start with no result. We tried several methods to contact them, but a company that makes billions in communication you can not communicate with. We have through a family member been able to speak to a friend that works for facebook, (meta). They confirm facebook will not do anything to help someone get their acct. back unless you are an employee.

Well, Bitdefender cannot help you with this issue as it is related to Facebook. Try contacting them through the messaging option on Facebook.

We do not have accounts with Tweeter (X) of instagram. We are having enough problems with Facebook.

A friend contacted us to advise that the hacker has offered for sale on our account Taylor Swift tickets.

I located an email account for Facebook and advised them that this is a crime in progress that they

must stop.

I am posting this here to let people know what a hacker would do with a hacked account on Facebook.

Thanks for your comment and assistance. However, I have been to that account it just leads you back to the circle

with no solution.

A friend has advised that the hacked facebook account is no longer available on facebook.

We don't know for sure that it has been closed.

It is strange that Facebook an organization that makes billions in communications and you can't communicate with them.

As @Flexx said earlier, I'm not sure how we can help here.. Perhaps you can ask a friend or relative with a Facebook account to contact them on your behalf and request assistance?
