How do I open Bitdefender password manager in Bitdefender Central

Hi I am a new bee at computers. Everytime I try to use Bitdefender password manager it tells me to open in Bitdefender Central. I go there and open password manager. It just shows in the extension I am using, nothing about opening it.

I am looking to add it to open immediately when I sign into Microsoft Hotmail.

I would appreciate any help with solving this problem.
