BitDefender does not auto start anymore

Hi,

I used to see the BitDefender icon on the system tray, but not anymore over a couple of Windows updates. Nothing else has changed on my laptop. I do see the options that start automatically on boot when I open the Advanced options through the main interface. Should it help, I've run the commands below:

C:\Users\User>sc query ignis

C:\Users\User>sc query bdauxsrv

Can someone help fix the issue?

If the generated logs are large, you can upload them to Google Drive or WeTransfer (with a 7-day link validity for free users). Alternatively, you can ask the support team to provide you with an online link and password for Bitdefender Cloud, where you can upload the logs and share the upload link with the support team.

The support team will reply to the same email within the next 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.
