password manager mix up

I use the safepay for my financial sites. Now when I try to log on toa specific bank the site does not act right and the password manager icon is in the box. Why. I never installed the manager. When I click on the icon it says to sign into Password manager. I can't uninstall it because it's not installed to begin with,
