High number of "Resolved items" after scan
Hi,
I'm using Bitdefender Total Security on a Windows 10 machine - both updated within the last several days. I've just run a full scan and BTS resolved and quarantined nearly 600 intems. They're all older files - as far back as 2019, and have all been scanned by BTS in the past, with no issue.
From the current BTS log 589 entries in the log note: failReason="0" itemHash="no_hash" and also note: threatType="0" threatName="" action="9" allActions="9" initialStatus="10" finalStatus="6"
What would cause this, if they all cleared many previous scans?

Bitdefender might quarantine older files that have been scanned and cleared in the past because of below stated reason:
1) New threats. Bitdefender is constantly updating its virus database to identify new threats. It's possible that a recent update has identified new threats in these older files.
2) Changed files. The files may have been modified by malware without your knowledge. This could happen if you clicked on a malicious link or opened an infected attachment.
Additionally, follow the steps below to ensure that your system is in perfect condition:
1) Restart your PC in Safe Mode. You can follow this guide: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode-in-windows-92c27cff-db89-8644-1ce4-b3e5e56fe234
2) Open the Run command and execute the following commands one by one:
temp – delete all the files in the folder.
%temp% – delete all the files in the folder.
prefetch – delete all the files in the folder.
3) Restart your PC in normal mode by unselecting the option to run the system in Safe Mode, then click 'Apply.'
