Antispam automatically gets enabled after being disabled.

I have disabled Antispam several times only to find that it gets automatically re-enabled after a few days and starts marking good emails as Spam.

I have raised a support ticket 2 times but they have not been able to give me a resolution.

Is anyone else facing this and have they been able to sort it out? It's highly annoying and if it can't be resolved, I wont be renewing my subscriptions.

    Are you using Thunderbird by any chance ? There are a few discussions regarding the antispam toolbar on the forum:

    Otherwise, I think the Support engineers may help. I haven't been able to locate your ticket, most likely because you've used a different email address to contact them, than the one registered on the forum.

    If you can provide me with the ticket number I can check the status.
