where is "Settings" for password manager

To export passwords from password manager, the help says to open the three-bar menu and choose settings. I do not show settings under the menu; is it somewhere else?

I promoted you to Level 2 so that you could post a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end, and also to let us know what device you're using. You could also try uninstalling PM and reinstalling it (your passwords etc are still saved on the servers) and see if that helps.
It sounds like you did a good job in reading the article...but just in case :)
