What is bitdefender doing?

So a few days ago I got a notification from bitdefender that it blocked some kind of website that I had never been on. I went on the web to ask for help and now again I get a notification from bitdefender this time tho for a different website. I checked what the website was and it was a random security website. The site is https://www.rapidscansecure.com/siteseal/siteseal.js?code=126,FABD052B9E30E73DF88322074FD3FBF4ABD404F3 . I come here again to ask for help because I don't know what's happening with bitdefender. Here are screenshots of the websites from today and a few days ago.

    Hi,

If you do not visit these websites and you still receive the notifications, then your browser connects to it either through allowed notifications or toolbars/extensions. I suggest that you clear the cache & cookies, remove any unused/unknown extensions and if the issues persist, reset your browser.

Alternatively, you can disable the Encrypted Web Scan feature which scans for the certificates of websites (not a recommended action). For more context, sophisticated attacks might use secure web traffic to mislead their victims. Therefore, we recommend you to keep enabled the Encrypted web scan option. The “Suspicious connection blocked” notification is triggered by Bitdefender’s Online Threat Prevention module whenever there is an attempt to access an HTTPS domain that has security certificate issues. Unlike HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol), HTTPS (safer HTTP Secure standard, HTTPS) is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS), securing communications between your computer and the websites you visit.

HTTPS is indicated by the small lock symbol that appears in front of the address line whenever you visit a website. The padlock usually means the site has a valid HTTPS certificate, the site domain is verified to match the name on the certificate, and the connection to the website is encrypted. In other words, the information exchanged between you and that domain is not in clear text, but encrypted. Unsafe domains are external links to websites that do not have a security certificate issued by a trusted certificate authority, have an unmatching or expired security certificate, and could contain phishing, malware, or unwanted software.

Let us know how it goes.
