Trouble Shooting Website Access - New Install
Hello All!
New Internet Security Install - Attempted to pay my cell phone bill online after install, No problem signing into website but could not go to next window to view bill, all I had was a continuous spinning circle. This occurs with Bitdefender turned on or off. Call cell phone customer service and they had me open an incognito window and sign in which worked fine and then advanced to next window to view bill pdf with no problem. I did this with Bitdefender turned on and off with no problem. This was not a problem with my previous security software.
I contacted Bitdefender Chat and they were unable to help me resolve the issue. They suggested that I contact 2CO.
Any help/comments are appreciated. Thanks

Hello @ThisEndUp and welcome to the Community!
If the website can be accessed at first with all the Bitdefender security modules enabled and with the protection disabled subsequently, then most likely something else is preventing the page to be displayed correctly. By "Bitdefender OFF" are you refering to the security modules being switched off, as shown in the below article?
In my opinion, there can be a few reasons behind this.
- the website is not working properly;
- you are using a VPN and the website is detecting and blocking the connection;
- you are using the Anti-Tracker extension and this prevents some essential trackers used to monitor critical webpage functionalities or used to measure user interaction with different input forms, so the page may load at start, but might not function properly at some point;
- if the website works as expected while using incognito mode, than this might have to do with cookies and you can start by deleting the cache/cookies and reset your browser. You can find a step by step guide on how to do this here, simply click on the relevant article for the browser that you are using:

Alex,
Deleted all cookies in my Google cache which fully corrected my access/viewing problems. I then rebooted my computer to see if my original problem returned or something new and had zero problems. Your assist is greatly appreciated!

Not so fast, buddy, not so fast.
It seems that @ThisEndUp has another (similar) problem, like the previous one:

Yeah, I saw that but I don't think it's caused by Bitdefender..
