Login problems.

Options

I subscribe to total security, VPN & P/W Manager. I've just tried to log into PW manager, was directed to BD Central, & 2-factor ID was required. Opened a new tab, logged into email, copied the code BD had sent. Returned to the BD P/W Manager login tab, but there was no field provided in which to enter the code sent by BD. Is the fault with my computer, is BD just getting more user-hostile, is it a pebcak error, or is BD having problems?
