PC & Laptop at risk
I have a laptop and PC both with Bitdefender Total Security installed with almost a year current subscription. When I installed Bitdender on both they both showed a message aying they were at risk. When I viewd the issue it said : The device isn"t prtected and to instal Bitdefender Security app. I went to Security Cenral "Home" as directed and to dashboard, then more Bitdefender products and it is already installed (obviously) I have tried on both devices to "enable protection" but neith work
Any help or advice would be appreciated🤬

Hello.
First, log out from your Bitdefender Central account.
Next, on all Windows devices with Bitdefender installed, open the Bitdefender program and do this:
In the next dialog boxes enter your e-mail and password that you used for your Bitdefender account and subscription and click on "Sign in".
Wait a few seconds and sign in back to your Bitdefender Central account.
Now, in Bitdefender Central, you will have displayed the correct number of protected devices with the correct Bitdefender product installed on each device and you will not get any "At Risk" messages.
If that didn't help, try uninstall/reinstall the Bitdefender products on all Windows devices, by using the Uninstall Tool:
Finally, if that also didn't help, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:
because ONLY THEY can have access to your Bitdefender Central account and your devices.
Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.

Did you run the complete analysis on both your computers first, as soon as you installed it?
Update the software?
If you did it with no result, you could deinstall and reinstall the softwares first.

Yes I did run a full check and the update that came up thanks. But the at risk came up on both devices.
I will try what t Gjoksi suggested first

I'm updating software for windows on Laptop right now but will then try what you suggested. Depends on how long it takes for windows to update?
But will get back to you once I have tried
