a question avout the bitdefender widget

hi, it may be a silly one ...

when I installed bitdefender and activated the widget.. whenever I started the computer without internet connection the widget started at red claiming it doesnt connected to the service.

but, for some reason, when I'm starting the computer now without internet connection it's green..

is it suppose to be like that ?
