Nexus Personal used for Serbian tax certificate detected as malware without explanation

Hello!

How it could be that the official application used for working with digital tax certificates Nexus Personal from www.halcom.com site is detected as a malware without any explanation what type of malware is it? Bit defender thought very long time then showed 103 application is blocked, then it removed the driver I need to install for access of government tax site.

On this screen below it showed 100 of identical Google chrome applications and propose to restart to finalize the operation. Last time it just removed me many files with actually some level of damage of work process.

How it is possible to understand what type of malware is it? All antivirus program as I remember show the "name" of the class of virus.
