Unable to enter legitimate Zoom meeting
I am a new bitdefender user. I just tried to enter a legitimate zoom meeting and was wholly blocked - no option to bypass. I've read that it may have something to do with the webcam privacy settings but I'm unable to find those settings (tried settings, tried privacy). Has anyone else run into this problem? Is there a way to bypass the block in the moment?

Thank you Alex. I don't see the option for video and audio protection under the privacy section. I only have four sections: Safepay, VPN, Password Manager, and Anti-tracker. Is there another place to modify the webcam safety settings?
Thanks again!

Hi @KateHouston
Are you using Antivirus Plus, does it look like this?
BD Total Security Privacy modules.
If you are using Total Security and not seeing those modules, try running a Repair.
Otherwise, if you are running Plus, try adding the Zoom .exe file in Advanced Threat Defense into Exceptions.
Zoom could also be added to AV Exceptions as well.
Edit: and just in case, try disabling BD Anti-tracker, if it's enabled. Sometimes that can cause problems.
Kind regards,
Scott

Thanks @Scott for jumping in, I should have known better to check first, the user does have Antivirus Plus, so they don't have the Video&Audio security module. 😁 Let's see if setting exceptions does the trick.
