Trying to create a .csv file from Wallet to import into Password Manager and nothing happens

I have the current Bitdefender release as of January 8, 2024. I have downloaded and installed the Mozilla Firefox extension for it, and have rebooted. Now I'm following the instructions and start the bdwtxcon.exe program which brings up this screen and then NOTHING happens for an hour. I've started over 4 times now and nothing. HELP!!
