Bitdefender charged me yesterday for a Total Security Renewal which I am not aware of. I don't want to renew my total security because I am choosing other options. I want Bitdefender to refund the amount that they charged me that I am not aware of.

Refund and cancellation instructions are at the top of this page in a blue box. We cannot help you with refunds and cancellations here on the Forum. Should you experience any issues with getting a refund, you/we can approach the Forum Administrator ( @Alexandru_BD ) to investigate, as he works for Bitdefender.

Hello, I'm experiencing the same issue. I've already submitted a ticket, but I haven't received any response from Bitdefender. Please help, I want my money back as soon as possible.

They informed me during the chat that I should expect a response within 24 - 48 hours, but I haven't heard back from them yet despite having already submitted a ticket.
If you have the ticket number, you can return to the chat and provide it to them. If not, you can inform the chat that you contacted their support two days ago but have not yet received any updates. They will check internally since they have access to all the chats you've had with them previously. The forum admin, @Alexandru_BD, could have checked this for you, but he is on leave, so you will need to get back to chat again.
