Hacked via up addresses

Hi my computer has been compromised the virus has gone into Bitdefender through trying everyip address until it got in and allowed it's self to setup Bitdefender so no part of it is blocked it has also installed updates to Bitdefender which included lots of plugins which were plugins/malware.exe

I have had to install another antivirus as Bitdefender can't do it's job at stopping attacks

Is there a way to fix the problem or can I get a refund
