Firewall is blocking Outlook 2019

Hi,

It has been noticed that the firewall is blocking Internet access for Outlook 2019.

What process in the firewall should be unblocked for the program to work properly?

The problem is that despite adding the path C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLLOK.exe, the program is blocked by the firewall.

It seems as if some other process was needed to unlock it, but I don't know what it is.

Before you do a complete repair of the product, try below steps

1) Temporarily disable Bitdefender Protection: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/28557/

2) Set exclusions in Bitdefender Antivirus: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/13427/

3) Set exclusions in Bitdefender Advanced Threat Defense: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2393/

4) Check on how to use Bitdefender Firewall: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/13425/

5) Re-enable real-time protection in Bitdefender
