Dangerous Page Blocked?

Good Morning,

I've been using a program named cfosspeed for more than years than I can count. It appears they were bought by a company named Atlas. I attempted to download the latest update to have it blocked as seen in the image below. I didn't read the entire page as it was blocked thereafter so I don't know who Atlas as a company is or does. I don't want to just click the bypass option if there is certainly wrong with the page.
