chrome.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an expired certificate to fe68d1f7-c9f4-45b3-8905-7cda73d3fd74.prmutv.co. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since websites must renew their certificates with a certification authority to stay current, and outdated security certificates represent a risk.

2) Open the Run command and execute the following commands one by one:
temp – delete all the files in the folder.
%temp% – delete all the files in the folder.
prefetch – delete all the files in the folder.
3) Restart your PC in normal mode by unselecting the option to run the system in Safe Mode, then click 'Apply.'

Most probably it's a browser redirect or hijacker, if you are not accessing that URL directly. The detection comes from the Encrypted Web Scan feature, part of the Online Threat Prevention security module. To resolve this issue, uninstall any unknown programs and browser add-ons from your computer, revoke Web Push permissions for the sites allowed to display messages on your screen, reset your browser and install an ad blocker.
