Windows/Debug/PASSWD.LOG

Below is the text from the above file on my W10 machine. It certainly appears that someone or something is attempting to change my windows logon. This is exactly what happened to me about a year ago. Please dont reply teling me its harmless, because unless there is a great explanation, I wont believe you. Thank you in advance.
