Email notworking after URL block.

Good day all, on the 4th of March a URL on an email was blocked for a suspicion. Since then I am unable to receive emails on the particular account. Could this be because of the block? or did the URL affect my emails?

    Welcome to the Bitdefender Forums. Could you please provide us with more information? What email client or online email service are you using? It would also be useful to know the make and model of your computer and the Operating System details (Windows or iOS).

    I would be surprised if Bitdefender was blocking all of your emails. What Bitdefender product are you using?

    With more information, we will try to help you determine what is happening.
