remote scan?
Options
Will remote scan work on a different network about ten miles away?It hasn't worked the 3 time i tried.The target computer is online and ready .But no connection is happening. thanks

Yes, the remote scan should work on any network, the device must be connected to the Internet to receive your commands. Do you get any message when sending the command? Have that device restarted, check the stability of the connection and try again to send the remote scan command.
