Access to password manager
When I click on password Manager I get the screen shown in the attachment, which shows the browser's etc but I cant progress any further, there is nothing that allows me to enter my master password. I don't get a prompt to set a master password. Maybe a did not do this right the first time, and I have lost the 24 digit recovery key. But i need access to the saved passwords.
What is the way forward on this ! I have contact the help desk and did not get a good response

You will need to download the Bitdefender Password Manager extension on your browser and then log in with your Bitdefender Online Central login details.
For Google Chrome or any Chromium-based browser like Microsoft Edge Chromium, Vivaldi, Brave, etc., use the following link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/bitdefender-password-mana/ibkoenhablealnikeefmjineccmgegmh
For Firefox use the following link: https://download.bitdefender.com/passwordmanager/firefox/bdpassmanager.xpi
If you have already done that and have forgotten your recovery key, you will need to contact Bitdefender support. They will reset your password manager account, but you will lose access to all the saved information. There will be no possibility to retrieve any of your saved information.
You can contact Bitdefender support by visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/
Based on your selected product and the type of issue you're facing, you can get in touch with a support representative through email, chat, or a phone call.
If you choose email, you will receive a ticket number on your registered email. The support team will reply within the next 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.

Hello @MBLewis,
I've noticed from your screenshot that you are using Chrome. In the Google Chrome browser the extensions are hidden by default, making them harder to spot. To access the Password Manager icon, first click on the small jigsaw puzzle icon near the address bar. The “Extensions” menu will appear, displaying all your enabled add-ons. You can pin the Bitdefender Password Manager add-on to the toolbar so that it always remains visible by clicking the pushpin icon next to it.
Once the extension is revealed, you can enter your password.
I hope this helps.
