Good afternoon, When you make online purchases and it's time to enter your
payment system details, (mainly bank card) It doesn't seem to do
anything. I hope safepay will be activated, but nothing happens. Is this normal operation?

Hello,

By default, Bitdefender detects when you navigate to an online banking site in any browser on your Windows device and prompts you to launch it in Safepay, if this is what you ask. For other websites, you should open Safepay manually before accessing the desired page to make your purchase. This way, your online transactions remain private and secure.
