  • I cannot get a clear picture of what Bitdefender subscriptions I'm actually paying for. I have numerous emails showing many subscription purchases and fear I may be paying for products more than once. Where can I find a complete, accurate, up-to-date record of my purchase products, dates of purchase, and renew dates.

    Based on your selected product and the type of issue you're facing, you can get in touch with a support representative through email, chat, or a phone call.

    If you choose email, you will receive a ticket number on your registered email. The support team will reply within the next 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.

    Yes, for subscription inquiries it's best to get in touch with the Bitdefender Support Teams, as they can provide more information and also make subscription/license changes/adjustments, if necessary.

    From what I can tell, you have multiple products indeed and some recent automatic renewals. Based on my findings, you've had the Identity Theft Protection service renewed 4 months ago, then your Total Security antivirus was also renewed shortly afterwards, then there's a renewal for Premium VPN from a couple of weeks ago, and the most recent renewal order involves an Antivirus for Mac yesterday, and I assume this is no longer required, since you are using Total Security and this includes macOS protection as well. So, the best way to move forward would be to contact the Support teams to make an assessment of your subscriptions, and decide which ones to keep and which ones to cancel.
