How to add an exemption?

Options

I have 2 NAS devices hardwired to my network. When I access the IP through the browser I get "Not Secure". Obviously, it is secure. How do I list the NAS IPs (static) as an exemption? The documentation does not show how this is done.

To add your Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices as exceptions in Bitdefender, you need to open the Bitdefender interface. Then, navigate to Protection, then Online Threat Prevention, and finally to Exceptions. In this section, you can add the IP addresses of your NAS devices.

If you’re still on the blocked page, you can also choose to add the current website to the list. Otherwise, you can type the name of the website or the IP address you want to exclude in the corresponding field.

Kindly note that if you’re still having issues, you might need to disable the Encrypted Web Scan feature in Bitdefender. However, be aware that this could potentially make your system more vulnerable to certain threats.

If the issue persists, kindly contact Bitdefender support by visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/
