After installing Bitdefender, Kobo eReader no longer recognized by Win 11 PC
After installing Bitdefender I can no longer get my Kobo eReader recognized by my Win 11 PC
It shows up in the taskbar as a USB device with the software version as it's title.
Drive Manager shows it as a drive but without a drive letter and as "Unallocated"
Doesn't show up in File Explorer
Even disabling Bitdefender in "Protection - Antivirus - Advanced" doesn't help.

Can't change it, nothing to click on to do it

Also it's Unallocated, but I don't think I should initialise it as I don't know what it would do to the data in my eReader

Hello @Steve in Kent
At this point, I would get a hold of Support, as this sounds like something more involved than anything we can do on the forum.
Support can be reached here.
Select, How Tos & Troubleshooting→Troubleshooting→I don't know→Contact Support→ and you will get the option of Chat, Call or Email. Chat is the quickest way to get thing started, phone support is not toll-free.
Kind regards.
