What do I have to do to stop Bitdefender Internet stoping me connecting to Spamcop.net?

Hello @Seejuu and welcome to the Community.
Based on my findings, if I try to access that page I get the following message from BEST:
Your connection to this website is not safe because its certificate was issued for a different domain. Attackers might try to steal sensitive information from you, such as passwords or credit cards.
They seem to have a certificate issue, hence the block. If you believe this is a false positive detection, you can use the form available at the link below to report an incorrect detection to the Bitdefender Labs:
Unsafe domains are external links to websites that do not have a security certificate issued by a trusted certificate authority, have an unmatching or expired security certificate, and could contain phishing, malware, or unwanted software, and Bitdefender's Online Threat Prevention, more specifically the Encrypted Web Scan feature will flag such domains with certificate issues. Does Bitdefender return the “Suspicious connection blocked” notification when you are trying to access that page? If yes, check the below article for more information:

Thanks, Alex, for your welcome and speedy response. The problem has resolved itself. I'd never before over the years had a 'timed out' connection to spamcop until this morning. But I've just tried again and connected straight away! I'd wrongly associated the timeout with my recent installing of Bitdefender <}:-( My apologies.
