Bitdefender central displaying incorrect device sessions

Hi everyone,

There is an issue in the bitdefender central when logged in with a windows pc and having a android device added to your account.

When first logged in it shows my windows 10 device as normal in "sessions" but after a few minutes it shows it as an android device. When removing the android from central it shows my windows pc as normal when logged in.

Bitdefender support is aware of this issue and I have a ticket with them.

    I have a ticket with support a few months now about this issue and they have informed me that they're aware of this issue and are working on a fix.

    No ETA yet on when but I'll update this post when it's fixed.

    Hi everyone,

    Update: bitdefender support has let me know that they are still working on a fix:

    "Our development team is working diligently to resolve the issue, and I will make sure to send you a notification as soon as the fix has been deployed through the Bitdefender product updates."

    However I do not seem to be having the issue anymore in my central even when support says they're still working on a fix.

    Last time I had the issue was 19 days ago, I'll let you guys know if I experience the issue again or when support has let me known the issue has been resolved.
