Bluescreen Error After Installing Bd Total Security 2011

Hello there please help me.


I got an Acer laptop and I installed BitDefender Total Security 2011, then when I shut it down, the "shut down tab" appeared that says "Install updates when shutting down". Then I clicked ok.


After a while I decided to open the laptop, and when the menu for selecting accounts appears, I heard vibrations from the laptop then the BlueScreen appeared. Then restarted


I tried restarting my laptop, then the same thing happened, the BlueScreen, then it restarted again.


So i opened it in Safe Mode and get some help from internet, but the connection is nowhere to be seen. So I had to go to internet shop.


I was able to retrieve some of the info:


Problem name: BlueScreen


O.S version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.11


Locale ID: 1033


Files:


C:\Windows\minidump\012411-17893.dmp


C:\Users\Jayjay\AppData\LocalTemp\WER-33259-0.sysdata.xml


I dont know what these mean, and I don't know how to fix it. Please help me with these guys! I do not have the knowledge to fix this problem.


Please, we need to use our laptop, I only intended to protect it by installing BD Total Security 2011, but now its broken.

    thats horrible. I can't believe how bad this security software is. It sounds like you deserve a refund. I would un install and never touch this garbage again.
