Customer Help Chat Not Working?

Trying to use the chat option for assistance and it just displays an error message in both IE and Firefox.

  the error says firefox cannot open this page because the protocol (error) is not associated with any programme.

  
  explorer says unable to display page , search for a programme to open the page.
